OBSERVER allows you to add multiple clients and specific projects related to client. It also gives you leverage to allocate task and project team for particular Client’s Project. This has been a great helping hand to most of our client to track project team’s work allocation and progress.
You can also set unique project codes, Start and End dates, Project’s Budget, Invoice methods and set permissions for one or multiple projects.

Track Expenses
OBSERVER allows you to set multiple expenses categories like Project Expenses, HR Expenses, Miscellaneous Expenses and so on…
Conserving a huge files and occupying office space is no more required. You can easily upload expenses receipts under accurate expenses category and for specific project and submit for approvals.
Users can enter all required details in a small form of related expenses and submit for approval. They can also attach a copy of an expenses receipt for references. An approver will get notify by an email of any such records. It has an option to select if these expenses are billable or not.
Once submitted, status will get changed to Approved, Rejected, Invoiced or reimbursed depends on decision taken by an approver.
Reports in details
Generating the report is complex and time consuming process. But OBSERVER makes it simple and only with few clicks. You can generate various reports either separately or combined one. Below are few types of reports which OBSERVER generates –

You can create invoices with multiple choice and free-hand options as shown below. This means you can add any type of data and not just timesheet information. OBSERVER informs you with automated designed system about invoice which were paid and one which are outstanding.
All these generate invoices gets stored in one central location and admin user can decide to which user can manage these invoice for example –Accountant or as a group; Accounts Team.
Multiple currency option is an added feature of OBSERVER. Your business may have clients from across the globe and naturally payment terms and currencies differ as per client’s preferences. OBSERVER has been designed to use different currencies for each client and for each invoice.
